STUDY: How confident are you in using technology and where do you go to for support? As a bonafide Geek I like to think that I am highly proficient with technology so when it goes wrong it goes wrong on a scale similar to the big bang. For support I usually go to forums or contact the suppliers directly. Wiki's are a big thing now, lots of companies are changing their support structure to wiki's. Its cheaper to let your customers support themselves then it is to employ people to do it. |
